OVERVIEW

My writing since the beginning of this course has faced an evolution. Prior to any completion of my projects and this course, I had no knowledge of how to generate, write or even format a script. I can now confidently say I can formulate a scholarly script with the correct formatting and software; including shots, action, transitions, etc. In this course, I have been pushed to morph my usual scholarly writing into creativity. My final portfolio consists of five elements. These are projects that I have created throughout the 2024 Spring Semester at The University of Tampa for my COM 226 course with Dr. Lauren Malone. Attached down below is my group table read video, the script from the table read (Remember Us? Scene 1), my storyboard video, the script from my storyboard (Pixar Short: Broken Heart) and "The Road Trip" script.
